IEOR students attended ICOCBA 2012

IEOR research scholars attended International Conference on Optimization, Computing and Business Analytics ICOCBA 2012, organised by Operational Research Society of India (ORSI) on Dec 20 -22, 2012 as part of their 45th annual convention.

Niraj Ramesh Dayama presented a paper titled "Algorithms and solution techniques for multiple cranes’ scheduling problem at cargo container trans-shipment terminals".

Anu Thomas presented "A Single Machine Scheduling Problem with Partial Information Sharing".

Manu Kumar Gupta presented "Optimal pricing and pre-emptive scheduling in exponential server with two classes of
customers".

Aarthi Nandakumar presented "The Personnel Task Scheduling Problem with Variable Finish Times".

Anirban Ghatak presented "Bribery Games - Does Differential Treatment Help?".
