Position and Details:
Research Scientist posts in the area of Supply Chain Analysis, Production Systems, Operations and Quality. (Location Mumbai office at IITB)
Consolidated salary in range between Rs.50000 - 70000/- p.m. (can be revised further based on qualification)
Qualification & Experience
PhD (Industrial Engineering) or equivalent degree, or M. Tech (Industrial Engineering) or equivalent degree, with experience in writing academic papers/reports.
Job Profile
To work on various aspects of supply chain (SC) including design, planning, modeling and analysis. Knowledge & experience in optimisation modeling, simulation, data analysis and basic programming needed, along with sound OR/OM/SC background. Also, the ability to work independently, and coordinate with smaller teams is desired. Knoweldge/experience in system dynamics methodology will be an additional plus.
