Write it like you're convincing an alum to fund it. Because you are.
Small is fine: we bundle.
Optional. Itemisation helps, but the vision matters more than the arithmetic.

IEOR Golden Jubilee · 1976-2026
In 1976, this department started with a few rooms and an idea. Fifty years later, we're asking what comes next. The next fifty years start with the next ten: what should IEOR have in 2036 that it doesn't have today?
Open House 17 August · come see what the next fifty years look like
Add your visionYou tell us what IEOR should have and doesn't, and it becomes the department's vision sheet: the labs, the tools and the opportunities we want for the next decade, put in front of alumni and corporate donors who want to fund what comes next.
Think big where you can. A ₹50 lakh compute cluster changes more than a new printer. But small ideas count too: we'll bundle related small asks into bigger, fundable packages, so nothing gets lost for being modest.
Shortlisted needs will be championed for alumni and corporate funding through the Golden Jubilee programme.
The vision sheet closes soon.
Your vision is now part of the Golden Jubilee record. Shortlisted needs go in front of alumni and the Dean ACR's office in the coming months.
