Abhishek Pathapati, PhD scholar of IEOR, presented his work co-authored with Prof Avinash Bhardwaj and Prof Vishnu Narayanan , titled Exact Augmented Lagrangian of Mixed Integer Convex Programs at ORSI-ICBAI 2023 held at IISc Bangalore from 18-20 December 2023.
The talk discussed about proving exact penalty representations for Mixed Integer Convex Programs under certain assumptions and providing alternative proofs for the already existing Mixed Integer Linear Programs (Feizollahi, Ahmed and Sun, 2017) and Mixed Integer Quadratic Programs (Gu, Ahmed and Dey 2020).
