About the Course: The course is designed for professionals engaged in the fields of transportation, logistics, and supply chain management. It focuses on equipping participants with essential skills in project management and supply chain practices. The program covers key modules including Supply Chain Network and Hub Location Design, Demand Forecasting and Capacity Planning, Transportation and Distribution Optimization using VRP models, Risk Analysis and Resilient Supply Chains, as well as project scheduling, Resource Optimization, and Monitoring using Earned Value Management (EVM). In addition to these core topics, daily sessions also incorporate applied case studies to ensure practical understanding and real-world application of concepts.

It includes supply chain network and hub location design, deterministic and stochastic optimization models, demand forecasting using time series and machine learning techniques, and inventory management models such as EOQ, newsvendor, and multi-period control. The course also addresses transportation optimization through VRP models and risk analysis for building resilient supply chains. Practical case exercises are included to support structured, data-driven decision-making in supply chain operations.
