Prof. Narayan Rangaraj and his collaborators organised on May 30 a workshop at IIT Bombay for operations planning and strategy in railways. The workshop brought together several experts and officials from CRIS, Railway Board, Western Railway and Central Railway divisions of the Indian Railways, and also researchers from industry and academia. The workshop featured talks, a panel discussion and a poster session.

The 13th International Symposium on Modeling and Optimization in Mobile, Ad Hoc and Wireless Networks (WiOpt), held on May 25-29, 2015 at the IIT Bombay, Mumbai, India. This conference is a platform to discuss ideas related to modeling, performance evaluation, and optimization of wireless networks. More details can be seen here. Following papers from IEOR were presented during this conference in the technical session and various workshops.

The Supply Chain Practitioner's Council (SCPC), Mumbai Chapter was a successful event jointly conducted by IEOR, IIT Bombay and Johnson and Johnson, Mumbai. Many Posters were presented in this workshop. Details are as follows.
