Prof. Jayendran attended the IEEE International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management (IEEM) organized at Bali, Indonesia, on December 4th-6th, 2016. He presented the following two papers:
- "Empirical Studies of New Product Diffusion Under Uncertainty", a joint work with Siddhartha Paul, R. Vidyadhar, Prof. Chetan S. Solanki (ESE) and Prof. N.C. Narayanan (CTARA)
- "Simulation and Optimisation Based Approach for Job Shop Scheduling Problems", a joint work with Pooja Kulkarni
Prof. Jayendran also chaired the sessions 'Systems Modeling and Simulation 1' and 'Supply Chain Management 4'.
