Akshay V. Upasany, Ph.D. student at IEOR, present his work titles Modeling and analysis of Solar photovoltaic supply chain under certain and uncertain conditions in the 56th Annual Convention of Operational Research Society of India (2023-ORSI) and
10th International Conference on Business Analytics and Intelligence (2023-ICBAI) held at IISc Bangalore on 20th December 2023. In this work, the network design and the total network costs of solar RESC are explored under scenarios when (i) solar power plants are located only considering downstream SC, (ii) module manufacturing units are located only considering upstream SC, and (iii) when solar power plants and module manufacturing units location decisions are taken jointly.
