Arnab Bhabak joined IEOR as a post-doctoral fellow and will work with Prof. K.S. Mallikarjuna Rao. He has done his Ph.D. from IIT Guwahati based on the thesis titled "Stochastic Control Problems with Probability and Risk-sensitive Criteria". His primary research interest lies in solving control problems as well as game problems, in the discrete and continuous time setup. He is also interested in continuous-time Markov and semi-Markov Zero-sum games under probability criterion. He has explored both zero and non-zero-sum games under risk-sensitive criteria.
Currently, he is engaged in understanding various aspects of games with Impulse control.
