Abstract: A novel approach, Hierarchical Aggregation-wise Multivariate Time Series Forecasting Method, targets improved hierarchical forecasting by emphasizing multivariate forecasting for bottom-level nodes sharing common parent nodes. It addresses shortcomings in traditional methods by integrating constraints of base forecasts and challenges of applying multivariate forecasting to lower-level series.
