Vikas Vikram Singh gave a talk on "Constrained Stochastic Games with Independent State Processes: A Mathematical Programming Approach" on July 11, 2011.  He is presenting this work at the Eighth International ISDG (International Society of Dynamic Games) Workshop at Padova, Italy between July 21 - 23, 2011.This is a joint work with Prof. N Hemachandra.
