Research Summary

We are interested in obtaining performance guarantees on binary classifiers for non-linearly separable data. PAC -Bayesian bounds provide probabilistic guarantees on the performance error of learning models for classification. Our aim is to choose an informative posterior relevant to these bounds, specializing to the case of Support Vector Machines.
