To renew your support services, you should request new activation keys for AnyLogic. Please carefully follow the instructions below:
1. Run AnyLogic. If you run AnyLogic for the first time the Activation Wizard will show up automatically.
If your product is already activated, please select "Help | Activate product...".
2. Select the option "Request a Permanent Key" and click the "Next" button. Fill in your identification information, specify a Serial number in the "Order ID" field, choose the correct license type ("Educational") and click the "Next" button again. Each serial number may be used only once for activation the software on one machine.
3. Shortly after sending the request youll receive a confirmation of its receipt. The actual key will be sent to you in a separate email within several minutes. Activation key is processed and sent by System automatically. Please check your SPAM folder, if you have not received the key within 10 minutes.
4. Receiving the unlock key, run AnyLogic. If you run AnyLogic for the first time the Activation Wizard will show up automatically.
If your product is already activated, please select "Help | Activate product...".
5. Select the option "Enter the Permanent Key that you received by e-mail" and click the "Next" button.
6. Copy the received unlock key, paste it in the wizard field and click the "Next" button.
Your support services are now renewed.
