Faculty and students of IEOR attended the 14th Annual International Conference of the Society of Operations Management, NITIE Mumbai, held on December 17-19 2010 at NITIE, Mumbai. Chandrama Naha (Graduate student) presented the paper on "Agent Based Simulation Games for Analysis of Supply Chain Processes", co-authored with Prof. Jayendran Venkateswaran.
Ranjan Das (National Aerospace Laboratories, Bangalore) presented a paper "A Constructive Approach to Fleet Size Estimation for the Civil Aviation Industry in India" co-authored with Prof Narayan Rangaraj and Subhodeep Moitra (Carnegie Mellon University) at the conference.
IEOR alumni Mangesh Gharote and Ravindra Gokhale also presented papers at this conference.
