IIT Bombay organized Research Scholars and Alumni Symposium (RSAS-2014) on 7th and 8th March, 2014. This was third such symposium after the successful ones in 2008 and 2010 (which were called as Research Scholars Confluence (RSC)). One of the objectives of this symposium was to provide an opportunity for research scholars to get inspired from experiences of PhD Alumni of the institute. This year the scope of RSAS was extended to the research scholars from other institutes as well, who turned up in good numbers to make this event successful.
