There are 3 options below
YES: You want that candidate A be elected
NEUTRAL: You do not wish to cast a vote for this post
NO: You do not want candidate A to be elected
The candidate would be elected if the number of Yes' are greater than the number of No's. Else a nomination procedure will be adopted to select a candidate for that position.
