Six volumes of the celebrated book series "Games of No Chance" have been published by MSRI/CUP, edited by R. J. Nowakowski (the first 2 volumes and the forth one), M. Albert and R. J. Nowakowski (GoNC 3), and U. Larsson (GoNC 5 and 6). Here we announce a new future for GoNC, namely as an online open source arXiv overlay "Games of No Chance Journal". This journal will continue to feature the highest standards of peer reviewing and editorial work for papers in Combinatorial Game Theory. An Editorial Board will soon be assigned, and I (Prof. U. Larsson, Dept. IEOR, IIT Bombay) will continue to be the Editor in Chief. More soon!
