NOTICE - REGARDING COURSE EVALUATION TO BE COMPLETED ON-LINE BY STUDENTS FOR COURSES REGISTERED DURING SPRING SEMESTER 2011-2012 Start Date : Friday, April 13, 2012
Closing Date & Time : Thursday, April 19, 2012 till midnight 23:59 hrs. How to access ? : Log into ASC through LDAP; list of all registered courses will be visible; write feedback for each course guided by the user-friendly interface. Which machines to use ? : Any computer in the campus; feedback interface has been enabled for use from outside as well. Hardcopy feedback given : You have to fill up the online feedback form for a course(s) EVEN IF you have already filled up and submitted the hardcopy form(s). What if the online form is not filled ? (i) STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE THE GRADE ON-LINE, FOR COURSE(S) FOR WHICH THE ON-LINE FORM IS NOT FILLED AND SUBMITTED AND THE SEMESTER END GRADE REPORT WILL ALSO BE WITHHELD. (ii) STUDENTS SLATED TO CONTINUE ON ROLL IN THE FOLLOWING AUTUMN SEMESTER 2011-2012 SHALL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER FOR THIS FOLLOWING SEMESTER. (iii) STUDENTS WHO ARE DUE TO GRADUATE WILL NOT BE GIVEN 'NO DUES' CLEARANCE, BECAUSE OF WHICH THEIR GRADUATION PROCEDURES WOULD BE HELD UP. We expect 100% feedback response for all courses and expect that there will be no need to invoke the measures for non-compliance mentioned above.
