Manifestos received after the deadline will not be considered.

Rules of Soapbox and venue will be informed later.
Important note:
All the candidates are requested to participate the elections in a
friendly manner. The manifestos must not contain any offensive/ indecent
comments/ remarks. Anti campaigning is strictly prohibited. Voicing /
propagating personal opinions about candidates through any medium is not
allowed. Strict penalties will be imposed on the defaulters.

Some important changes to the election procedure and timeline
1) SOAPBOX postponed to 9PM on Tuesday (8-April). VENUE: ME 201
2) Withdrawn online voting idea and decided to conduct secret ballot voting immediately after the SOAPBOX.
3) If any student is going to miss SOAPBOX & voting because of some genuine reasons, we request the student to send a mail to election committee by Sunday 11:59PM (midnight). Election committee will take a call about the consideration of such cases.

Dept. Placement coordinator(DPC)- 1 Post
NOTE: Students who are eligible for placements can only contest and vote
for the post of DPC,

Contestants are requested to send a mail with subject
"IEORSA-nomination-<post name>" to ratnaji.vanga@iitb.ac.in. Those mails
are considered as the nominations.
