The Department of IEOR is happy to announce that Prof. Jayendran Venkateswaran has been appointed as the new Head of the Department as of 22 August, 2019.
Prof. Jayendran has primary research interests in Modeling & Distributed Simulation (Discrete-event, System Dynamics) and Integrated Supply Chain Analysis. He has been associated with the Department and the Institute since 2005. He is leading award winning social initiatives and has worked on several projects with industry.
