Sanket Mishra, Ph.D. Scholar in Department of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research (IEOR), IIT Bombay, presented his research poster titled "Analysis of Supply Chain Inventory Management Under Cash Flows Feedback" at the International System Dynamics Conference (ISDC) 2026, held at Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), the Netherlands, from 20–24 July 2026.
The work was coauthored with Prof. Jayendran Venkateswaran and forms part of Sanket's ongoing Ph.D. research. The study investigates the influence of cash-flow feedback on inventory order management in a multi-player supply chain system using system dynamics simulation methodology. The presentation received valuable feedback and insightful discussions from researchers and practitioners attending the conference.
Prof. Jayendran Venkateswaran also attended the conference, representing the IEOR Department. The International System Dynamics Conference is the flagship annual conference of the System Dynamics Society, bringing together leading researchers, practitioners, and academicians from around the world to present and discuss advances in system dynamics theory and applications.
