Bhavya Gupta, a student from the department of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research presented her research paper titled “System Dynamics Modeling Approach for Quantifying Supply Chain Resilience under Disruptions” at the XXVIII Annual International Conference of the Society of Operations Management (SOM 2025), hosted by IIM Nagpur from December 19–21, 2025.
The conference is a premier international academic and industry forum that brings together leading scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to deliberate on emerging issues in operations and supply chain management. Organized around the theme “Reimagining Operations – Agility, Analytics, and Sustainability,” the conference emphasized navigating global disruptions, digital transformation, and sustainability challenges, and provided a rigorous platform for scholarly exchange and industry–academia dialogue.
