SOAP Box

Date: May 5 (Saturday) at 10.30AM
Venue: Room S9 or PhdLab, 2nd floor, Old CSE building
 
*) There will be a small introduction to IEORSA
*) Each candidate will get maximum 20 minutes to present their manifesto.
*) There will be a moderator for smooth functioning of SOAP box.
*) A candidate will be disqualified if he/she is not present for the SOAP box.
 
 The election will be conducted through IEOR website on 6th May (Sunday) from 10AM to 5PM.
 
For posts where only one candidate are contesting, the voter would be able to choose one from the following
(i) Yes -- You want the candidate to be elected,
(ii) Neutral -- You do not wish to cast a vote for this post, and
(iii) No -- You do not like the candidate to be elected
The candidate would be elected if the number of Yes' are greater than the number of No's. Else a nomination procedure will be adopted to select a candidate for that position.

Due to network issues Election is postponed to tomorrow (May 7).

Please cast your vote at http://www.ieor.iitb.ac.in/content/ieor-election-2012 (Page will be open at May 7, 10am)

Notes:

*) Om Prakash Yadav is disqualified because of his absence in Soapbox.

*) All IEOR students are elgible for voting.

*) They can access the voting interface through IEOR website even if they are outside IITB.
