The Cleanliness Competition (Phase IV) of the “Clean Campus Drive” was successfully conducted across all academic departments, non-academic sections, Section 8 companies, externally funded centers, hostels, and zonal areas of Junior Engineers (JEs) during 23–27 February 2026 by three evaluation committees.
Department of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research (IEOR) is pleased to announce that IEOR has secured the 2nd Prize in the Clean Campus Drive 2026, as part of the Clean & Green Campus Initiative. The award certificate was announced and presented during the Foundation Day of the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay on 10 March 2026. The certificate is currently kept in the IEOR office.
The 1st prize was awarded to the Department of Earth Sciences, and the 3rd prize was awarded to the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
We sincerely thank the IEOR cleaning staff (Dinesh Katre & Babita Vaidya) and our office staff (Pramod Pawar, Nakul, Purva Jamsandekar, Shravni Satwe, Abasaheb Molavane, and Amlesh Kumar) for their dedicated efforts. This award stands as a testimony to their untiring commitment in maintaining cleanliness in the IEOR premises and supporting smooth and responsive office operations.
