A one-day workshop on "Suburban Rail Operations Planning" was conducted on 21st June 2019 at VMCC, IIT Bombay. The workshop was attended by Railway personnel from Central, Western, South Central, Southern, South Eastern and Eastern Railways and also Delhi and Bengaluru Metro Corporation, apart from students & faculty of IIT Bombay
The 57th Convocation of IIT Bombay was held on 10th August 2019. The main function of the convocation was held in the forenoon at the Convocation Hall, presided by Chief Guest Hon'ble Minister of Human Resource Development Shri. Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank'.
